Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that focuses on flexibility, speed and mobility. In this class we will learn basic kicks and punches, some traditional forms, some self defense moves and some Korean vocabulary. You will need to wear comfortable clothes, athletic wear would be best.

• When: Wednesdays (3rd-6th),  Thursdays (K-2nd)
• Time:  3:30-4:30
• Where:  Lunchroom
