Happy Veteran’s Day! We at Rock Canyon are so grateful for the service of so many!
Mr. Smith, our behavior specialist, came to talk to Mrs. Duncans third grade class about Veteran’s Day and his experience in the US Airforce.
He also taught them the difference between Memorial Day, Armed Forces Day, and Veteran’s Day.
Not only did they hear Mr. Smith’s presentation, students had the chance to bring in pictures of Veterans from their own families with stories to share with the class.
