Rock Canyon Is So Grateful For Our Awesome ELL Teacher

Mrs. Ludlow!

This is Mrs. Ludlow’s first year teaching ELL and she is loving it! ELL stands for English Language Learners and is a program that offers a chance to students who speak a language other than English at home more opportunity to speak and learn more about English.

Mrs. Ludlow says her favorite part about being an ELL teacher is that she LOVES being able to watch the kids progression and getting to spend everyday with them! Her students love her and so do we!

To get ready for Thanksgiving, she taught her students more about colors and what better way to learn about colors than by coloring? So, if they answered a question right about letter and sound recognition, they were able to color a part of their turkey! Their turkeys turned out SO cute, and they were able to learn more about their colors while doing it!
