Rock Canyon Elementary School

Our students here at Rock Canyon are SO TALENTED!

One of our amazing after school programs here at Rock Canyon is a hip hop dance class taught by the AMAZING Amber Cooper!

Tonight our students that are apart of the hip hop after school program was able to perform for friends and family their Christmas themed hip hop dances and they were so good! It definitely brought the Christmas spirit and there was so much cheering and clapping. We are so proud of the students that performed tonight and their courage to get up onstage, dance, and have fun. We can’t wait to see more performances from our amazing hip hop dancers!

Amber moved from Las Vegas, Nevada to Provo,Utah with her family in 2017. She started dancing at the young age of 3 and has loved it ever since. Being trained in many different styles of dance, she is very talented at everything she does! She started teaching dance at 14 years old and she loves being able to teach positive movement and love of good music to children of all ages. She wants to encourage kids to seek their full potential by expressing themselves in happy positive ways and lifting their self-esteem through dance choreography.

Thank you Amber for this putting this performance together and thank you to our students for bringing smiles and the Christmas spirit tonight through dancing!
